HomeHealthRecruiter.com, Inc. became a Florida-based business in 2000.
David and Kathleen Chilcote poured their energies into making this a
successful Home Health recruiting business. David has worked
directly in certified and private duty Home Health since 1996. He
quickly rose to the level of Director and managed two home health agencies
in Southwest Florida.
He was an active member in the Association for Home Health in Florida (AHHIF) during his tenure as Administrative Director and participates actively in the on-line presence of home health today. He is a Master's prepared Social Worker and Psychotherapist, graduating from IU in 1983. His Bachelor's Degrees are in Psychology and Marriage Counseling from Anderson College, now Anderson University, located in Anderson, Indiana. Kathleen is a successful and creative business partner, owning her own painted women's clothing company and former manager of a very successful Naples-based restaurant. She is self-published with a number of cookbooks and a novel. Kathleen began her career in recruiting in the automotive industry with MRI in 1999 and remains highly active in that field of recruitment as well as in Home Health. We started this business not only because of the tremendous need, but because we believe in home health. We work with the most respected employers. We understand how the industry operates, what kind of character, skill, and talent is required for our client companies to be successful. We recruit only the top-talented employees and work exclusively with high integrity employers.
